Honestly, I got so burnt out trying to find "inspiration" for dinner every single night. Most of the time, we just want something easy that we know everyone likes. I finally just sat down and wrote out all our go-to's on a piece of notebook paper and taped it to the fridge. I categ

My mom made the same meals every week. The only thing that changed is what was in season. Back in the day, we didn't get fruits and veggies from other countries in our rural grocery stores. I still cook the same things over and over unless it is someone's birthday, anniversary, holiday or special occasion. My family has meatloaf Mondays, Taco & burrito Tuesdays, Pasta Wednesdays, Chicken & rice Thursdays, pizza Fridays, burger Saturdays and Ham or Fried chicken Sundays. It's easier than trying to figure out a months worth of meals.
